My Chef AI offers a free tier. Paid subscriptions, when available, are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe). Refund requests are handled at our discretion or as required by applicable law.
Recipes generated through My Chef AI are jointly owned by you and My Chef AI. Both parties may use, modify, and share the recipes, including for commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any original content you provide (such as your messages, preferences, and custom modifications). By using the service, you grant My Chef AI a non-exclusive license to store and process this content to provide the service.
Chat conversations are stored to provide features like chat history and recipe saving. We may use aggregated, anonymized conversation data internally to improve the service. Your chat content is sent to third-party AI APIs (currently OpenAI) for response generation, but is not associated with your personal profile information.
Recipes you save may be displayed publicly on the My Chef AI platform (e.g., on the recipe listing page). We reserve the right to feature popular or high-quality recipes prominently.
My Chef AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of AI-generated recipes. Users assume all risk when preparing and consuming food based on recipes from this service.
Always use common sense regarding food safety, including proper cooking temperatures, allergen awareness, and ingredient freshness. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Chef AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.
If you encounter inappropriate or harmful content generated by the AI, please report it to support@mychefai.com. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
